Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to the following conditions:

• Validity: Discount codes are only valid during the period specified at the time of issue. Expired codes cannot be applied.
• Minimum order value: Some discount codes require a minimum order total. This will be stated when the code is issued.
• Usage limits: Codes may be limited to a set number of total uses, or a maximum number of uses per customer. Once the limit is reached, the code will no longer be accepted.
• One code per order: Only one discount code may be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with Product of the Week deals, flash sale promotions, or referral credits.
• New customer codes: Codes marked as "new customers only" are valid only for customers who have never placed a completed (paid) order with Teri-Peptides.
• Non-transferable: Discount codes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Teri-Peptides reserves the right to cancel or refuse any code that is used in a manner deemed abusive or fraudulent.

Our "Product of the Week" (also shown as "Deal of the Week") is a limited-time promotional discount on a single featured product. The following conditions apply:

• Duration: The deal runs for the period stated on the product page and homepage banner, ending on the displayed end date.
• Discount type: The discount may be a percentage off or a fixed £ amount off the original price, as displayed on the product.
• Usage limits: Deals may be limited to a maximum number of total uses, or a maximum number of purchases per customer. Limits are displayed on the product page where applicable.
• No stacking: Discount codes, referral credits, and the welcome 10% offer cannot be used in combination with a Product of the Week deal.
• Early termination: Teri-Peptides reserves the right to end or modify a Product of the Week promotion at any time.

Flash sales are short-term promotional events, typically lasting 24 hours, offering a discount on a specific product via a unique code. The following conditions apply:

• Time-limited: Flash sale codes expire at the stated time and cannot be used after expiry.
• No stacking: Flash sale codes cannot be combined with other discount codes, referral credits, the welcome offer, or Product of the Week deals.
• Subject to availability: Flash sale discounts apply only while stock lasts.

Our referral program rewards existing customers for introducing new customers to Teri-Peptides. The following conditions apply:

• How it works: Each customer receives a unique referral code. Share this code (or your personal referral link) with friends. When a new customer registers using your code and places their first paid order, you earn £10 in referral credits.
• New customer benefit: Customers who register using a referral code receive a one-time 10% welcome discount on their first order.
• Credit value: Each qualifying referral earns £10 in credits. Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
• Using credits: Referral credits can be applied at checkout by toggling "Use credits". A maximum of £10 in credits may be applied per order.
• Exclusions: Referral credits and the welcome 10% offer cannot be used with Product of the Week deals or flash sale promotions.
• Qualifying orders: Credits are awarded only when the referred customer's first order is confirmed (paid). Cancelled, refunded, or unpaid orders do not qualify.
• Processing time: Credits are added to your account after verification of the qualifying order. Please allow up to 48 hours for credits to appear.
• Abuse: Teri-Peptides reserves the right to void credits and suspend accounts involved in fraudulent referral activity, including self-referrals or creating multiple accounts.
